1. Go to https://bridge.axess.no/
  2. In the "Login to Bridge" section:

Click on hyperlink “Forgot your Password? Click here”



3. This will forward you to the “Request password change” Form.


  1. Please provide your current username or email (former used in Axess Bridge)
  2. And press “Request password change”

 

4. You will now get a receipt message that looks like this

 

Press «Return to login» and Check your email.

 

Remark:
If you don’t receive further instructions in your email client – check your Spam folder

 

5. You will now receive instruction by email, please follow the instructions – and Click at the

“Click here” Hyperlink

 

 

6. You will now be able to reset your password in Axess Bridge “Reset Password” form

  1. Fill in your new password.
  2. Confirm it at “Update password” box
